How do I book for my flu vaccine?
Visit the "Book my Vaccine" website.
Follow the prompts and complete the questions.
Make sure you select "Te Awamutu Pharmacy Limited"
Book your preferred date and time.
When you arrive for your booking, present your membership card to the team upon arrival. If you don't have your membership card on you, let the team know which business you work for - they will have a list of Chamber members with them.
